Willem Viljoen

Willem has over 15 years’ experience and is a highly skilled Consultant with a proven track record in successfully managing projects, undertaking an array of roles from early inception and masterplanning, design, through to construction handover with the focus on large infrastructure let developments with complex stakeholder environments.

Willem has gained significant experience working on large high-profile projects and previous clients included Capital and Counties, Imperial College, Greenland Properties, Homes England and the Royal Mail Group.
Willem’s vast experience allows him to play an important role ensuring projects are set up to succeed with his enthusiastic, astute, and self-motivated team player, he is committed to delivering excellence for his clients. Willem’s knowledge of the supply chain is also key when embarking on procurement strategies and ensuring our clients interest are best protected during the delivery stages of projects.

David HUGHES

David has over 25 years Building Engineering Services Cost Management in both contracting and professional consulting, throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. 

David specialise in an number of sectors including: Rail & Station Fit-Out Works, Airports, Commercial offices, Hotels, Industrial Production & Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical facilities and laboratories both Commercial & Academic , Higher and Further education, Student accommodation, Master planning and Infrastructure master planning. 

David was also an contributor to the compilation of Griffiths M+E Price Book. 

James Harley

James has over 40 years’ experience in the industry and having consulted his expertise on some of the largest infrastructure projects, James has unrivalled knowledge of the rail and road sector. James is a hands-on cost and project manager who is comfortable sitting with a client offering strategic advice. Having worked on High Speed 2, Crossrail 1 & 2 and the London Underground extension to Heathrow Airport to help his clients achieve their goals, James has also gained experience working on complex and politically sensitive projects such as airports, sport stadia’s and oil and gas process plants.

James also specialises in whole life costing and embodied carbon.

Adam Foster

Adam has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and now a a Project Manager who has extensive construction experience, having initially worked in Africa, Adam applied his Construction and management skills all over the world since.

Adam has spent the last 10 years working in civils, rail, commercial and residential schemes with a number of high-profile developers and funds on a variety of projects.
He has an in-depth knowledge of construction methods, programming, costs, delivery and problem solving, together with a hands-on approach to the successful delivery of projects and is comfortable operating at all stages of any development process from feasibility through to final handover. Adam is a driven individual and his personable nature means he works well with the project team to explore alternative ideas in order to optimise the design solutions.

Tejas kalaskar

Tejas has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, within a variety of different sectors. He is a collaborative, mature and confident professional with a likeable style of applying his skills and expertise to any project. 

Tejas is responsible for leading and working with the design teams to ensure that our core services and accuracy of the harvesting of data is correct.

RiCardo Da Silva

Ricardo has spent almost 15 years in the construction industry where he has been involved in various schemes ranging across various sectors including Mining, Engineering, Civil, Rail, Roads, Commercial Buildings, Governmental Buildings, Hotels and Refurbishments. He has been involved in projects in South Africa and the Democratic Republic of the Congo as a cost consultant for clients such as Exxaro, Anglo American, Sishen Iron Ore Company and Rand Gold.

His project experience includes cost planning, procurement and cost management on a range of projects: small to large, simple to complex, speculative to pre-let. One of Ricardo’s greatest strengths is his ability to win over clients very quickly through his personable approach and outstanding performance. His commitment and desire to make a positive difference is exemplar.
